SmartSignals is an educational trading signal platform. It provides algorithmically generated Buy/Sell signals with take-profit and stop-loss levels, an AI news sentiment layer, and market commentary across cryptocurrency and — in future releases — other asset classes. The mobile application is currently in closed beta. The live cockpit at smartsignals.ai/dashboard is publicly accessible and provided free of charge.

All signals, alerts, scores, commentary and content provided by SmartSignals are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• A recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency or other financial instrument
• A guarantee of any specific outcome or profit

Past signal performance, including backtested performance, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are permitted to access trading-related content in your jurisdiction.

During the closed beta, access is granted at our sole discretion. We may modify, suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice. Beta features may be incomplete, subject to change, and are provided "as is" without warranty.

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The AI sentiment layer draws on public news which may itself be inaccurate or biased. We do not warrant the correctness of any figure, score or headline shown, and you should not rely on the Service as your sole source of market information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, redistribute or resell signals or content from the Service without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service, or place automated load on its public endpoints
• Misrepresent SmartSignals output as personal financial advice to others

All content, algorithms, designs and software on SmartSignals are the exclusive property of Alphadeo Limited Company. No licence is granted to reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that signals will be accurate or profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphadeo Limited Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including trading losses, loss of profit or loss of data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
