Most signal apps are either a rules-based bot with no awareness of the world, or a news feed with no discipline. SmartSignals runs both and makes them argue.
A live algorithmic trading engine
RSI, MACD, ATR, VWAP, ADX, candlestick patterns, support/resistance zones, weekly pivots, multi-timeframe trend and a regime router — all evaluated on every 3H bar close, with daily and hourly series feeding the trend and pivot layers, on live market data. Stops and targets are computed from actual volatility, never from a fixed percentage. It is the same code that produced the backtests below.
An AI layer that reads the news
Every few hours an LLM pipeline pulls the crypto news wire, matches each headline to the right asset, scores it, blends in the market-wide macro picture, and smooths the result so the bias cannot oscillate. That bias then sizes the position, loosens the trend threshold an entry has to clear when the news backs it, and marks the alert with a caution when the news disagrees.
